Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as set out below. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods (in the case of partial deliveries: the last goods).

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form attached below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something different has been expressly agreed with you; you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to compensate for a loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened cosmetic/care products).

General information (not a prerequisite for the effectiveness of the withdrawal)

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods and return them, if possible, in their original packaging with all accessories.
2. If necessary, use protective outer packaging.
3. Do not return the goods freight collect.
