Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Shipping Time

For all customers in Germany and Austria, we offer standard delivery within 2–4 business days.
Delivery to Switzerland usually takes 5–8 business days.

In exceptional cases, delivery times may be slightly extended. Unfortunately, we have no control over delays caused by our shipping service providers and ask for your understanding if a delay occurs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Depending on the shipping service provider, it may take a few hours for current information to be displayed.

Shipping Costs

• Germany: €5.90
• Austria: €9.90
• Switzerland (incl. DDP service*): €24.90

* DDP – Delivered Duty Paid:
Import VAT and any applicable customs duties or processing fees are already calculated and paid at checkout based on the net order value including postage.
For orders to Switzerland, additional costs may arise from credit institutions (e.g., transfer or exchange rate fees). Customs duties or import fees do not apply.

Returns

You can return unopened items at your own expense within 14 days of delivery.
Please send us an email to info@6n-botanicals.com in advance with the reason for your return.

Please note: We cannot accept undelivered returns outside the EU, and they will automatically be returned to the sender.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount.
This usually happens within a few business days, but no later than within 14 days (depending on the banking institution).
The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Defective or Missing Goods

If your order is damaged or incomplete, we are very sorry.
We attach great importance to quality, careful packaging, and secure delivery – yet in rare cases, something can go wrong.
