ORDER, SHIPPING & PAYMENT
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your parcel's tracking information. Depending on the shipping service provider, it may take a few hours for the tracking to show updated information.
A special feature with us: If your order is received by 2 p.m. on a weekday, it will be dispatched on the same day.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We offer standard delivery within 2-4 business days for all customers in Germany and Austria. Delivery to Switzerland usually takes 5-8 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery times may be longer.
Unfortunately, we have no control over delays caused by our shipping service providers and ask for your understanding should such a case occur.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have not received an order or shipping confirmation, please first check your spam folder. Also, please make sure your inbox is not full, as otherwise no emails can be received. If you have accidentally entered an incorrect email address or the order confirmation cannot be found despite correct entry, please contact our customer service at info@6n-botanicals.com
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to an order that has already been placed.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We deliver to you via DHL.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST FOR THE ORDER?
Our shipping costs to Germany are €5.90 and to Austria €9.90. Shipping including DDP* service to Switzerland costs €24.90.
For orders to Switzerland, costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g., transfer or exchange rate fees) may arise. Customs and import duties do not apply.
*Delivered Duty Paid = Import VAT and any applicable customs duties or processing fees are calculated and paid directly at checkout on your net order value plus postage.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS?
That's not a problem: You have the option to specify a different billing or delivery address during the ordering process. However, once your package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, we no longer have any influence on delivery requests.
CAN I HAVE THE ORDER SHIPPED TO A PACKSTATION?
Yes, this is possible with DHL.
DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?
No, we do not currently have any gift cards or vouchers

We offer Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Maestro, Shop Pay, and eps transfer (Austria) as payment options
RETURNS
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDERED GOODS?
Within 14 days of delivery, you can return the unopened item at your own expense. Please send us an email to info@6n-botanicals.com beforehand, stating the reason for your return. Returns can only be sent to the following address: Konstantin Briest, Piusstr. 48b, 50823 Cologne, Germany.
Please note that uncleared returns from outside the EU will not be accepted by us and will automatically be sent back to the sender.
I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING. WHERE CAN I FIND THE RETURN LABEL?
Many online shops include a return label and a corresponding form with each shipment. Since most of our customers keep their purchases, we refrain from doing so for sustainability reasons. You can return the unopened item at your own expense within 14 days of delivery.
MY GOODS WERE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. WHAT DO I DO?
We are very sorry. We have very high standards when it comes to the quality, packaging, and delivery of your order. However, mistakes are sometimes unavoidable. IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE PRODUCTS?
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. However, you can return unopened items and order new ones.
I have an intolerance to this product. How can I return it?
Unfortunately, opened products cannot be returned. You can return unopened items at your own expense within 14 days of delivery.
